GREAT watch July 29, 2010 Fred E. Maus (Charlottesville VA) I've had this watch for nine months now. I love it. I often wear it at night, in case I wake up and want to know the time. Though the light doesn't show the subdials, it shows the hands perfectly. It has a nice bulkiness. The typical Casio clutter of information on the face is something you like or don't like - I'm fond of it. It's pretty, in an industrial kind of way, with its black plastic, textured face, and shiny metal. It charges well with a bit of sunlight, and picks up the atomic clock time every night - I live in Virginia, and it was also picking up the time for me in England. (I use it to set my other watches and clocks.) It's very durable - I've worn it a lot and it still looks like new. The various settings and functions are intuitive and easy to remember. I'm glad I got it, and if the looks are to your taste, I completely recommend it.
Best watch ever July 26, 2010 Saravanakumar This is one of the best sports watch I ever had. When I open the box, I got exited seeing the watch. I got freaked when I put it on, because the needle automatically started rotating. Awesome...!!! Time is set automatically.. :)
Worth buying, don't miss it..
I love this watch! July 25, 2010 Mark Brickman (Virginia) My previous watch died so I needed a new watch. (I also have a tendency to crack the crystals on watches.) In researching what's available my requirements were: (1) Analog display (2) Back light (3) Solid construction (4) large time display (5) No-fuss care. This watch has definitely met each of these requirements. (1) Analog display: The display is an analog for hours and minutes. Seconds are digital as are the day and date displays. (2) Back light: The back light effectively lights the watch for viewing in the dark. It's push button and is only on for a few seconds but long enough to read the time. (3) Solid construction: I tend to crack crystals because most watches have convex bubble crystals. This watch crystal is recessed and surrounded by a pretty solid metal and composite structure. The watch is also water resistant for up to 660 feet (200 meters) so I can swim with it. (4) The time display is easy to read for those of us old enough to suffer from Presbyopia without using reading glasses. (5) No-fuss care: The watch is powered by a solar cell and sets the time automatically using radio signals of the US atomic clock. It does time sync once a day and you can view the last update. So far, there was only one day it didn't sync the time. I live on the US East Coast and the time sync is broadcast from Fort Collins, Colorado. So far -- I love this watch!
Done it Again July 21, 2010 G-Shock Fan Casio, y'all never fail me with the watches. This is my third G-shock and I'm loving it. Its lighter than the others though. And the receiving part of it works great. No problems here. This is a very sophicasted watch which is also tough when you want it to be. Even though i only wear it when im going out rather than just doing anything with it. I recommend this watch to anyone and everyone.
Great Everyday Watch July 19, 2010 Andy Bauer (Portland, Oregon) I purchased with watch for everyday use. I work on construction sites on a daily basis and in the past I've destroyed several watches. So far this watch has survived and I could not be happier. The solar charging and atomic time sync are great. I would recommend this watch to my friends and family.
